  • How do I get started?
    The first thing you need to do is create your account. Go to fp.4dplanner.io/register.html Once you have completed the sign-up form, we will send you a verification email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. Next, enter the verification code/password from the email. After you have verified your email, you can login to your account. Finally, click on “Floor Plans” in the menu then “Add Floor Plan” button to launch the 4D Planner and start creating magic.
  • How do I upgrade my account?
    Login to your dashboard (fp.4dplanner.io) and click on the “Upgrade Account” link in the header. On the upgrade page you’ll be presented with multiple plan options. Select the appropriate subscription plan based on your requirements. Next, enter a few details about your organization. Then, fill all fields on the payment page. Your payment will be processed by our 3rd party payment processor Stripe. Once your payment has processed, we will send you a receipt confirming your transaction. Now you are ready to use your upgraded account. If you’d like to make changes to your subscription plan, just go to the profile page on your dashboard.
  • How do I sign-in to my account?
    To sign-in to your account, go to: fp.4dplanner.io
  • How do I start my 4D Planner 7-day trial?
    Your 7-day trial will automatically start when you sign-up. Please take this time to explore our robust features. Once your trial has expired, you will be asked to upgrade your account to continue using the software.
  • Can this platform help me to rent my spaces?
    Yes, we offer custom apps that will help you to engage with your customers and drive sales.
  • Do you offer a discount if I purchase multiple accounts for my team?
    Yes, just contact us to get a custom quote for your team. Get everyone on the same platform and increase your productivity.
  • Do you offer training for my team?
    Yes, we offer dedicated training sessions for groups of virtually any size. Just contact us to get a quote.
  • How do I upload my venue spaces and inventory to your platform?
    It is easy! Just get in touch with us to get the process started. We will provide a customized quote based on your needs. We offer affordable pricing and flexible payment options.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can manage your subscription on your account profile page.
  • How do I contact customer service?
    You can contact us at support@4dconcepts.io. You can also get assistance in our Help Center. All enterprise clients should contact their designated account manager.
  • What are the system requirements for your software?
    Our platform is completely cloud-based, so you can run it from any modern browser. For best results, we recommend using the least version of Chrome or Firefox.
  • How do I add a new floor plan?
    Login to the dashboard. (fp.4dplanner.io) If you don’t have any account, just click on signup to create one. Click on Floor Plans in the menu > “Add Floor Plan” button to open the 4D planner Next, click on the “+ Add new” icon in the upper left corner of the 4D Planner. You will be asked to enter a few details such as name and size to create your floor plan. Click on the “Create” button. You are ready to start adding items to your floor plan
  • How do I add a new floor plan using a venue space?
    To create a new floor plan, click on the “+ Add New” icon in the upper left corner of the 4D Planner. Select the “Space” option to reveal available spaces. Select the appropriate space for your floor plan. *If you don’t see the space needed, contact us (support@4dconcepts.io) and we will help you get your spaces setup.
  • How do I save my floor plan to my account?
    To save your floor plan, click on the “Save” icon in the upper left corner of the 4D Planner. Select the first “Cloud” icon to save the floor plan to your account to the cloud or on desktop press Ctrl+S for a keyboard shortcut. Enter the name of your new floor plan. Click the “Save” button.
  • How do I save my floor plan to my computer?
    To save your floor plan to your local computer, click on the “Save” icon in the upper left corner of the 4D Planner. Select the “File” icon to save the floor plan to a file on your computer. Enter the name of your new floor plan. Use your browser to save the file to the desired location on your computer.
  • How do I open an existing floor plan?
    To open an existing floor plan, click on the “Open Folder” icon in the upper left corner of the 4D Planner or on desktop press Ctrl+O for a keyboard shortcut. Select the preview of the floor plan you would like to open. If you would like to open a floor plan file from your local computer click the “Open file” button.
  • How do I add items to my floor plan from the inventory library?
    To add inventory to my floor plan, click on the inventory icon on the left menu in 4D Planner or on desktop press Ctrl+I for a keyboard shortcut. Drag and drop the desired item(s) into your layout. Select the item and move it to correct location.
  • How do I duplicate items?
    To duplicate an item, select the item(s). Click on the copy icon in top menu bar or on desktop press Ctrl+C for a keyboard shortcut. Finally, click on the paste icon in top menu bar or on desktop press Ctrl+V for a keyboard shortcut.
  • How do I change unit of measurement?
    Click on the measurement icon in top menu bar to change your unit of measurement. Select the desired unit from the list. All property panels and dimensions will display in the selected unit.
  • How do I view my floor plan in 3D?
    You can view your floor plan in 3D by clicking on the “3D” tab in the lower right corner of the 4D Planner.
  • How do I change item colors in 3D?
    Select the item in the 3D view that you would like to change. Select the name of the element you would like to change from the context menu. Select the desired color or material.
  • How do I use orbit mode?
    To switch to orbit mode, click on the menu in the upper left corner of the 3D viewer. Then click on the 3D orbit icon.
  • How do I use walking camera/AR magic window?
    Open the 3D viewer on your mobile device. To switch to walking camera/AR magic window, click on the menu in the upper left corner of the 3D viewer. Then click on the walking icon. Rotate your device to experience the scene from a walking perspective through the AR magic window. You can click on any location on the floor, to change your position.
  • How do I use the VR mode?
    Open the 3D viewer on a VR enabled device. If your device does not support WebVR, the icon may not appear. To switch to VR mode, click on the menu in the upper left corner of the 3D viewer. Then click on the VR icon. Rotate your device to experience the scene from a walking perspective. You can click on any location on the floor, to change your position.
  • How do I save a rendering of my floor plan?
    To save a rendering of the floor plan, click on the menu in the upper left corner of the 3D viewer. Then click on the save image icon.
